There are a few trouble shooting things we can try here. First unplug the unit for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. This will re-boot the system. Then to recalibrate the internal sensors press and hold the "Stop" button on the unit itself for 5 seconds. If neither of these things work please contact our offices for further help.
