We have three troubleshooting problems I want you to go through with to see where exactly the problem is. First, I would check the water pressure going in to the unit itself, was there any reason to suspect a drop in water pressure to the bathroom itself?
Second, check for leaks, perhaps the unit is not getting enough water itself for it. Check outside around the shut off valve, check underneath the seat, and look to see if water is coming out the nozzles. Any of those could be the problem.
Third, pull your seat slightly forward to make sure the nozzles have enough room to fully extend outwards. Sometimes it might get stuck in the track if its up against the toilet itself.
If by the 2nd or 3rd water pressure setting it is still not working as well as you would like, it is most likely a problem with the unit itself, and we would have to repair it at our repair center. You can call us at (847) 458-2334 or email us at Support@Biobidet.zendesk.com.
